What to write about
- A mistake in a clue or answer. Tell us the puzzle's date and the clue number, for example "November 6, 5 Across". We check every report and fix the puzzle if it is wrong.
- Ideas for themes. A holiday, an event or a topic you would like to see in a puzzle.
- Something not working. Tell us your device and browser, and what happened.
- Privacy questions. See the privacy policy first, then write to us for anything it does not answer.
We reply in English, usually within a few days. Please don't send passwords or payment details: we will never ask for them.
